This store is operated by ClutchIt by Ankita, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to ClutchIt by Ankita.
Products
Every piece is handcrafted. Slight variations in beadwork, colour and finish are inherent to handwork and are not defects. We photograph our pieces as accurately as we can, but colours may appear differently on different screens.
Most pieces are made in very small quantities — often a single piece per colour. Availability shown on the site is accurate at the time of viewing but is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to cancel and refund any order placed at an incorrectly listed price.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where an item is unavailable, or where an address cannot be serviced. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund it in full.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when ordering. You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and phone number you supply.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
