Shipping Policy

We ship across India.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation. During wedding and festive season this may extend slightly — we'll always tell you if it does.

Delivery

Once dispatched, most orders arrive in 4–8 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually quicker; remote pin codes may take longer.

Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking details by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received them within 3 days of ordering, message us.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on most pin codes. A COD order that is refused at delivery may affect eligibility for COD on future orders.

Delays outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always help you follow up with the courier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number may attract a re-shipping charge.
